To support our growth, we are recruiting a Senior Board Designer for our Boards & Systems Hardware team. Join the adventure!
POSITION
The Boards & Systems Hardware team designs innovative boards for Kalray’s pioneer MPPA, which are used for production, demonstration and test with high-speed signals (25 Gb Eth, PCIeGen4 and DDR4 signals). In charge of all the steps from the conception to the manufacturing and industrialization, the team works as a central position between IC design, software development and customer business units.
As a member of this team, you will contribute to the development of our next generation of boards and systems while being responsible for projects within an agile organization. Your specific expertise will be valorized and needed for the different projects of the team.
As a multi-skilled engineer able to develop, validate and follow the production of industrial boards, you will be in charge of designing our next electronic boards (inc. 25 Gb Eth, PCIeGen4 and DDR4 signals), following PCB design and manufacturing, specifying test suites and boards validation automations tools, running tests, measurement and validations, interfacing with partners, suppliers and customers…
CANDIDATE
Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in board design with high-speed interfaces (DDR4, PCIe Gen4, Ethernet 25 Gb)
- Project Management including interface with foreign-based subcontractors
Skills
- Strong knowledge in high-speed board design
- High-speed measurement
- Strong teamwork skills
- Coordination of several stakeholders in project management
- Languages: C / Python / VHDL will be appreciate
- Fluent French, Technical English
Profile
- Graduate Engineer or equivalent
- Autonomous
CONTRACT
- Type of contract: Permanent – Full time
