To support our growth, we are recruiting a Senior Low-Level Software Engineer for our DPU Software Engineering department. Join the adventure!
POSITION
The Low-Level team within the Software Engineering department is responsible for the development of the low-level software layers targeting high performance dataplane applications based on Kalray DPU. Those layers are used in all Kalray product lines: AI, storage, 5G.
The Low-Level team is also instrumental during the system verification phase of the development of new DPU chips.
Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the development of low-level software layers: OS, userspace drivers based on DPDK, OpenCL runtime
- To contribute to the validation of low-level software layers: untitary tests, subsystem tests, continuous integration
- To contribute to the system verification of next generations of Kalray DPU chips
- To contribute to the definition of the micro-architecture of next generations of Kalray DPU chips
CANDIDATE
Experience:
- Graduate Engineer or PhD in embedded software or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in low-level software development
Skills:
- Expert in programming with C/C++ on CPU, DSP, ASIC, GPU, or relevant platform
- Experience in programming low-level software with high performance constraints
- Fluent in English
